It is annoying to log in to do some quests for gold, go into queue wait for some minutes, don't get a match and just have wasted that time.

I suggest you get the option to face a Bot after 2 minutes in the queue (play against the practice AI). This match should at least count for completing quests and gaining Faction level but could also give chevrons to climb the ladder.

Facing the Bot should be optional though, you don't want to force people to 'waste time' playing a bad AI if they don't want to.
